We want you to love your Blissy™ products, which is why we offer a 60-day risk-free trial on all silk essentials. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 60 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to ensure your silk items are tracked and protected during transit.

• 3.
  Package with Care

  Place the items in their original Blissy™ packaging and securely seal the box, ensuring the prepaid shipping label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
